First Time Tribals Trained as Hindu Priests

As such today the social scene of India proves that out of total Indian population 85% are original Indian indigenous among whom Hinduism is directly imposed through various means. Even though in many parts of India tribals have accepted Hinduism through the intervention of princely states, Hindu and Jain monks and priests, Indian administration and government workers the tribal who are considered ritually impure are first time given priest’s jobs in a South Indian state of India called Kerala in the civil districts of the Kozhikode and Wayanad after a training. The programme was initiated by the Kerala Kshetra Samrakshana Samity (KSS).
